Booking Information
Bookings can be made online, or by phone, online, or in person at our reception during the hours:
Reception Opening Hours
Monday: 9.30am-3.30pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9.30am- 5.30pm
Friday: 9.30am to 3.00pm
Saturday: 9.30 to 1.00pm
Evening appointments are available outside reception open hours
If the cancellation of an appointment is necessary for whatever reason, please do not hesitate to contact The Gatelodge on the phone number above in advance of the appointment; it would be greatly appreciated at least 48 hours prior.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee and all packages require
48 hours.
All bookings made online will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointments. Please keep this in mind when booking. Thank you.
