You will receive an email to confirm your appointment. If you do not receive this email please call us to confirm your booking.
If you cannot find an appointment for your desired length of time we may have a slightly shorter session available. Or please give us a call because we may be able to juggle the roster around to fit you in.
For couples/groups bookings each person needs to be booked individually through the online booking process.
All bookings require a deposit at the time of booking.
For first time customers, an online consultation form will be sent out via the email provided, and this should be filled in before your arrival for your treatment.
Policies
☆All deposits are non refundable but will be added to your customer credit if cancelled prior to 24hrs. *All packages require 48hrs notice*
☆Cancellation within 24 hrs will be charged 50% of treatment price. *48hrs for packages*
☆ No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
☆GIFT VOUCHERS MUST BE PRESENTED IN PERSON AS PROOF OF PAYMENT ON DAY OF TREATMENT!
