Gift Vouchers
Terms and Conditions

Our vouchers have a 1 year expiry from the date of purchase.

We cannot replace lost gift vouchers.
Please protect your gift voucher and treat it as cash as we are unable to accept any liability for lost and stolen gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash amount.
​
An admin fee will be charged if changes are to be made to a voucher after the purchase date.

Requests for physical gift vouchers that have been purchased online
can be completed at a cost of £3.00
1 Gift vouchers can be purchased in store within reception hours.
2 They can alternatively be purchased by phone and sent out via email or post (£5.00 charge).
3 Gift vouchers can also be purchased online at anytime, but only for a monitary (£) value.
An email will be sent to the email address entered while purchasing the gift voucher. If you would additionally like to receive a printable PDF via email of the gift voucher, they can be requested by forwarding your email of gift voucher purchase to support@thegatelodge.com . These emails, will only be sent within reception opening hours.
