The only requirements of Energy Healing are that the person should be aware of their own wellbeing and that they continue any medical treatment that has been prescribed by their GP, as Energy Healing is a complementary therapy.
The healing is one of a spiritual nature and this has an effect on all levels mentally, emotionally, physically & spiritually. The healing therapist often has no knowledge of the patient's state of health or why the patient has come for the treatment, yet often the healing is beneficial to that condition.
The healer/therapist seeks to promote the well being and self-healing of the patient, using a variety of means.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning 'universal life energy', the energy of creation, which is all around us. The practitioner's hands channel this life force or energy to restore balance and accelerate the body's natural ability to heal itself, and open the mind and soul to the causes of illness and pain. It thus proves the necessity for taking responsibility for our own life and health. Reiki loosens up blocked energy and promotes a state of relaxation, vitalises body, mind and spirit, re-establishes spiritual equilibrium and mental well being, and cleanses the body of toxins. It is an extremely pleasant and holistic method of healing.
The most common thing experienced during treatment is the sense of peace and relaxation. In a reiki healing session the recipient usually lies on a bed fully clothed and the practitioner's hands are placed lightly on the recipient's body, moving from one chakra to the next, to transmit healing. The reiki practitioner does not consciously direct the energy in any way. The energy goes to the area most needed by the recipient.

Gem & Crystal Stone Healing
This treatment serves as a natural and gentle way to balance the body and surrounding energy field. We are, in essence, using Crystals, Stones and the Angelic and Star vibrations. Angel Celeste features strongly and greatly enhances this therapy.
The human body naturally resonates with the energy from crystals and stones, given that the body is also made up of crystal particles. The use of these allow the energy channels to open and receive energy.
Heated stones are placed along the meridian lines at the back of the body. A crystal cap is placed on the head, and covers the crown and third eye chakras. A crystal blanket is laid along the front of the body in line with the other chakras or energy centres of the body. Two crystal wands are used to facilitate the treatment. Clients can experience deep clearings on all levels of their body and entire energy field - physical, mental emotional and spiritual, and greatly assists people in connecting to a higher aspect of themselves, allowing for transformation to occur.
